Who Kehaia is for

One shared workflow. Three perspectives.

Kehaia is a LinkedIn content management platform for lean B2B marketing teams. The marketer writes, the marketing lead keeps the work moving, and the founder or CEO reviews and approves. Each sees the same post from their own seat.

Do the work / 01

Run LinkedIn without holding it all in your head.

Keep the draft, the assets, the feedback and the schedule in one place, with the next step visible on every post. You write, preview, gather review, plan the calendar and check results without switching between a doc, a chat thread and an analytics tab.

Run the work / 02

See where every post stands.

Follow a post from the first idea through review and publishing. See where a decision is waiting, and bring performance back into the team’s discussion. The view is built to show where content stands, not to monitor the people who write it.

Support the work / 03

Review and approve LinkedIn posts from a link.

Open a private review link, read the post, leave comments and approve it. There’s no Kehaia account to create. Your comments land on the draft the marketer is working from.

Available in the current beta · No approver account needed

One place to work together

Keep the whole team on the same post.

Built for lean B2B teams where creating and approving content is shared work.

Working together on LinkedIn

Does a founder or CEO need an account to approve a post?

No. The marketer shares a private review link, and the founder or CEO reviews the post, comments and approves it in the browser. No Kehaia account is needed on the approver’s side. The marketer and the team see the decision next to the draft.

Can Kehaia work for a team of one?

Yes. A single marketer still gets the draft, preview, calendar and performance views in one place, and can bring in a founder or CEO to approve through a private link. Team collaboration features matter more once a second person joins.

Is Kehaia built for agencies?

Not yet. The beta is built for in-house marketing teams. Agencies and multi-client workspaces are a possible later direction, and we won’t describe them as available until they exist.
